Sir Elton John (born March 25, 1947)

Diana Ross (born March 26, 1944)

Celine Dion (born March 30, 1968–and this song here topped the Billboard Hot 100 30 years ago this week!)

Lady Gaga (born March 28, 1986)

And last but definitely not least, today’s anniversary girl, Mariah Carey! (born March 27, 1970)

I also learned yesterday would’ve been the birthday of the late, great Teddy Pendergrass (born March 26, 1950). Though I don’t see him as a diva (maybe not in the traditional sense), his artistry cannot be denied! This here remains one of the best love songs of the 70s (maybe ever)…but for some odd reason it also reminds me of 1996’s The Nutty Professor.  😆
