It’s fitting that I finally find time to post here on my born day. (I always uphold my birthday tradition of not leaving home, save for a walk around the neighborhood.) Since my last entry, I had completed another college class (passing with an A+, I should add), stressed out over a lot of things, and went on another So-Cal road trip. This birthday trip is a little more low-key than the trips from previous years, but only because I’m in school and still have to do homework and quizzes for the two other classes I’m taking this semester. I must say that it kind of blows to have homework time eat up vacation time, which is why I likely will not take another long birthday vacay until I’m completely done with all my schooling. (In the purest of pure coincidences, I get to do two group projects while on this trip. Can you say “booooooooo!”)
At least I still look and feel good at 73 42. And, unlike last year, the weather cooperated with my born day.
Now, for the weather to cooperate with WeHo Halloween Carnival tomorrow (which I really want to attend, as it’s been seven years since the last visit), I can only hope so.
